Return and Shipping Policy
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase. You can return your product for a different product or a refund of the original payment method subject to the conditions below:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
If you seek to return or exchange your Spirit Sidekicks, please reach out to us at email@example.com and we'll mail you a pre-paid return slip for you to send back the shoes (Note: If you decide to exchange your Spirits for another pair your pre-paid return slip will be included in a pouch on the outside of your next packaging).
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We offer free shipping New Zealand Wide!
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 2 working days for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or message Spirit Shoes on Instagram or Facebook with your name and order number and we will look into it for you.
